Galactic DAO Invest in Luart
The Galactic DAO has officially closed their pre-seed investment in Luart through private round. This is the DAO’s first protocol investment.
Galactic Punk’s investment marks a monumental shift in the world of venture investing on Terra. For the first time, NFT holders will be able to participate in a private sales round which is normally reserved for privileged investors.
In addition to democratizing investment opportunities, Galactic DAO aims to support development of competitive NFT infrastructure on Terra. It sees the presented vision of Luart as a promising new marketplace experience, and hopes to broaden its initial audience through distribution of Luart tokens to many Galactic Punks holders.
Investment Details:
- Vote: 552–16 in favor of general investment
- Ticket Size: $100,000 (20% of liquid DAO treasury)
- Token Distribution Weight: 80% of tokens to be distributed to DAO members PER PUNK, 20% to treasury
Galactic Punk x Luart Marketplace
We are also pleased to announce Galactic Punks will be open for trading on Luart’s secondary marketplace when launched.
Galactic Punks will launch as a Premier Partner on our platform. Through this partnership Luart will reward GP holders and traders through the LUA Power system.
- For every GP purchased on Luart’s secondary market, users will earn a LUA Power multiplier
- All GP holders who connect their wallets to Luart will be air dropped LUA Power (snapshot date is TBD)
